Zagat Names Tyler Malek a 30 Under 30 Semifinalist

In Zagat's first-ever national 30 Under 30 list, Salt & Straw's co-founder and head ice cream maker, Tyler Malek was named a semifinalist for the honor. Finalists will be announced in June, and winners in Septembers.
